Commercial Lines Account Manager
Ideal Solutions Insurance Brokers is an established and growing insurance brokerage seeking a full time Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team of experienced industry professionals. The Ideal candidate is a strong self starter and team player who is detailed oriented, an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
This role can be in office, hybrid or remote. Someone able to come in from time to time for meetings, office events, etc. is preferred.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Insurance Account Manager:
- Provide expert and pro-active client service to an established book of business
- Review renewals ensuring clients are properly protected
- Provide clients with advise on gaps in coverage or opportunities to broaden coverage
- Market and place new and existing commercial policies as needed
- Identify and act on cross sell opportunities based on client needs
- Maintain professional relationships with insurer underwriters
Must have for Commercial Insurance Account Manager:
- Professional, detail oriented and organized with desire to provide exceptional client service
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Services
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a brokerage environment
- RIBO license
Nice to have for Commercial Insurance Account Manager:
- CIP, CAIB or CRM
- Insurer or other related industry experience
